I.背景信息：

2020年5G元年，通信行業(yè)承蓬勃發(fā)展之態(tài)，各大運營商和鐵塔集團在布局新一代通訊基站?；居秒娏坎粩嗌仙?，通信基站智能化電力監(jiān)控及節(jié)能管理已成為各運營商企業(yè)的研究方向。

而同時，目前鐵塔基站電力使用存在以下問題：

1.相關人員行為：

對應人員會依靠基站的供電系統(tǒng)，私自接搭自用設備。

2.非生產能耗居高不下:

據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析，平均每個基站空調的電費支出約占整個基站電費支出的54%左右，空調成為基站機房中的主要耗電設備。

3.系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動性差:

無法遠程控制基站設備和線路，線路出現(xiàn)故障時無法立即通知相應人員并采取措施。

4.基站數(shù)量大，運維負擔重、效率低：

現(xiàn)有的基站供電系統(tǒng)依然無法滿足用戶對智能化、信息化、可視化、維護簡便等的日益增加的需求，對系統(tǒng)中蓄電池的故障隱患等沒有預先感知和判斷，需要運維人員不斷的到現(xiàn)場進行運維服務，運維效率低。

基站智慧用電云平臺通過對鐵塔基站加裝交/直流智能監(jiān)控設備、無線采集設備以及系統(tǒng)管理平臺，完成夜間無業(yè)務時段的下電操作，減少電能消耗，降低運營成本支出，以及提升通信設備供電線路狀態(tài)的實時監(jiān)測保護功能；系統(tǒng)后臺對存儲的供電線路歷史電氣性能數(shù)據(jù)進行梳理、匯總、分析，找出故障原因，給出解決建議對策，減少后續(xù)同類故障的發(fā)生率，提升供電線路運維管控能力。
